  • How are the products made?
    All our products are handmade to order using the best quality products available to us.
  • How long will delivery take?
    All of our products are made to order, and we aim to have your creation made within 48 hours of receiving your order and despatch the following day. We offer local and standard delivery, therefore we anticipate your order to be with you within 3-5 days from despatch date, however, there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent this from being possible. This is entirely out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any delays. We would always recommend you order at the earliest date possible to avoid disappointment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Secure online payment can be made using most major debit or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and various others. If you have any queries regarding payments please contact us at sales@essence-flowersbydesign.co.uk.
  • What is the return policy?
    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. ​ In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@essence-flowersbydesign.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.   • What are the shipping options?
    Free local delivery is available for orders within 10km of Halesowen, West Midlands. ​ Deliveries are made between 10am to 2pm on available slots in the week day. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    If you don't receive your order within 3 weeks of placing your order please email us at sales@essence-flowersbydesign.co.uk.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@essence-flowersbydesign.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
